About streaks

A streak is a run of consecutive matches sharing the same outcome. This page finds them across every league in the database: winning and losing runs, draws, and the negative-space streaks that are often more revealing — unbeaten, winless and drawless sequences.

Each streak type can be restricted to home or away matches. That distinction matters, because a six-match unbeaten run built entirely at home is a much weaker signal than one spread across both venues, and the two look identical in a plain results table.

Streaks can also be built on goals rather than results — runs of matches over or under a given total, or with an exact scoreline count. The minimum streak length is two matches; longer thresholds return fewer but more meaningful runs, and the date range decides how far back the search reaches.
